I would be curious what criteria = easy to get into. Many of these require a LOT of up front work, knowledge, etc. to prepare for getting into the side hustle. You even note a lot of these. Doable, but I wouldn't say "easy". But maybe our definitions of easy are different.

    Cool video.

I don't know what I did for you to start popping up in my feed, but I've enjoyed the couple of videos that I've watched from you.

Additionally I own a service based cleaning business (Auto detailing) that adding that b2b element that you referred to later in this video was the key to reaching my first $10k month definitely an honorable mention that some of these concepts may pair well together.

As bba, mba, phd in finance who specialized in quantitative behavioral finance … yeah, trading is a TERRIBLE idea for 100% of non-pros and 88% of pros. 12% of pros are crushing it though. And by pros i mean folks with their own hedge funds who started with 1-2mm and got to 100mm aum within 5 years and have deep 9, 10-digit aum as 1-5 person shops. If you dont know these people, youre already toast. Trading is war.

I completely agree with you about automated YT channels. In spite of the brilliant AI video creator/editors out there — and maybe I just don't write decent prompts — but I was done with the faceless automated channel concept when I realized that the scripts supplied by a certain very big GPT were 98% fluff and filler. If I paired that prison loaf content with a 100% B roll video using an AI editor, anyone operating at 75 watts or higher would know it and click away forever. There is more value in watching someone flagpole sit for a month. I know there are channels that do this, but what a crass, soulless approach. I can't see that approach working well. As you say, better off being yourself.

Lawn care is an interesting one that takes people by surprise. How it goes depends largely on two things, and I say this from having watched people in the business for years. One thing is discipline. The other is marketing.
I have a friend who started, developed, and later sold his lawn care business and became a millionaire in the process — and he was disciplined and focused on that marketing. For instance, he started in a very nice town that is a commuter community for a large metro.
Then he expanded directly into the metro. He learned very quickly that the professionals in nice neighborhoods did not haggle or complain. As long as the delivery was at the expected level and on time (discipline), they just wrote checks — and renewed for following seasons repeatedly.
He also dropped our nice little town because it was more hassle all around.
I know the guys he sold his operation to and how they operate, and I have seen others do their thing. None has the same level of intensity of the first guy, but they all make some decent income.

The comments on trading made your videos even more valuable to me. I know you are making money out of these videos…..but like you said it adds value to others instead of just making money off of them. Kudos to you man . Thanks!

Evaluate your competition very carefully. What do they offer, in detail, what do they charge. Speaking of charge, can I get what I'm after for free on the internet, especially "teaching" type services? I learned how to fix my generator for free on YouTube, and only spent about $20 on parts. Took me about 10 minutes.
