March 11, 2024 at 2:49 pmInterest will be higher for longer than anticipated. Higher does not mean the Fed will raise rates. It means the Feds will not lower rates as rapidly as anticipated coming into 2024.

March 11, 2024 at 2:49 pmPeople are high if they believe anything the Fed says. In no way shape or form can they cut interest rates. It's NOT POSSIBLE, if anything they'll have to raise them a few more basis points. The Fed won't be able to cut rates till 2026, the ACTUAL numbers don't lie.
