They were both killed with Libya once the shinning light of North Africa now a dump. The business of the Chinese people is making wealth. They recognise that sticks, property and cash are for losers G & S are to maintain wealth and as it goes up against the fiat currencies, USD, their wealth increases.
Inflation is good for PMs which cannot be reproduced, all while the unlimited ability to print money eroding its buying power. This increases inflation which means ever more dollars are required to buy the sane products, ie gas or food!

But this is a good thing, why you may wonder? Because it makes recycling tiny amounts of silver for example in electronics uneconomical so the supply from recycling is reduced. Reduced supply = higher silver prices.
