March 11, 2024 at 7:15 pmProblem I have with the auction won price – it is still below spot price – figuring in 2024 about $22, spot sell value of the horde should be over 8 million.

March 11, 2024 at 7:15 pmVery good job on the history of the Redfield collection.
In my type set, I've included one of the Redfield dollars in the red Paramount holders. The toning on the coin is beautiful.
You mentioned the coins in black holders, also from the Paramount company, the red holdered Redfield coins were so popular that they later released other silver dollars in their red holders without the Redfield attribution. Kind of tricky, but those red holders were popular, and people bought them too.
I'm still eagerly waiting for your type coins video.

March 11, 2024 at 7:15 pmThat story I've never heard before. It was very intriguing. Always hide your metals, not your peaches. I didn't know we were one year apart. Learn something new every day. Thank you

March 11, 2024 at 7:15 pmIf Redfield knew the value of what he had why did he drop them down a chute in bags? Also, too cheap to get air conditioning to protect his beloved peaches and coins.
